Default AEM v2 MAP Sensor errors

I have a 97 SC300 with the 2jzge na-t on an AEM v2.
I have all the wiring appearing to be correct, getting all signals BUT the MAP sensor.
I bought the AEM 30-2130-50 50 PSIA or 3.5 Bar MAP Sensor Kit straight from AEM since the first sensor had a bad plug (pin broken inside connector)
and I'm getting:
MAP Volts @ 5.09
MAP as Load @ 35.3
because its in error mode (voltage above 4.9 I believe is when the error hits)... HOW AND WHY lol??
I ran a ground straight from the connector maybe 6 inches from the sensor to the frame to ensure it has a GROUND.
Checked the 5v sensor power wire and it's getting 5v.
Ran a brand new wire from the connector to PIN 62B on the ECU.
I have in the wizard AEM 3.5 Bar (PN 30-2130-50) selected.

Also get the same values when I just unplug the MAP sensor connector from the MAP sensor.... values don't change.
What in the world could be the issue?

New update.... GM style MAP does exact same thing... I'm going to pull the pin completely out of 62B, then I should have NO reading there at all I'm assuming
and if I do....does that mean a crap ECU box? Wrong pin?

So I disconnected 11B which is the +5v
I clipped 62B about 3 inches out of the harness from the AEM EMS so I had a pigtail to clip onto
62B is providing 4.9v-5.09v when reading it with a multimeter....
If I'm not wrong 62B is a signal pin and should only be receiving voltage not providing it... WTF could be wrong?!? =(
