Ok,,Dyno'd on Friday night...Is now 176Kw ATW with 604Nm of Torque on 0.5 pounds of boost....Will now play with pulley sizes all the way upto 6 psi boost...ECU was setting the mixtures absoluty perfect...
Took it on about a 600k run saturday,,,never missed a beat...I beat a TT from the lights..Pulled VERY good...I have a 2,700 Stally & a Stage 1 Shift Kit in it..
Tried it with 300cc Supra Injectors..(No good) To Rich...Put the STD 220cc ones back...Perfect..
Engine took everything the Blower had on offer..
I have spent a whole week working the fitment out...have a few more things to change....This is a Plug & Play setup I am going to complete....
I must say...There is going to be some thought put into designing the Blower to suite the States...
1st Obstacle...I only have Australian Fuel to work with @ 98 RON
2nd...EGR
3rd....Emmisions from your Fuel and Loss of EGR ??

Can anyone there tell me what your Emmisions must read ??? Lambda ?? Nox ??? Etc..

If you can get through your emmisions without an EGR,,then you can bolt this on.....Using a Modded ECU from here (Yes David I am still having yours worked on)heheh...You can Fully Program the Mixtures to suite..

The Blower gives out NO Noise at all....

No Mod to Bonnet at all.....Seeing you dont get the Active.....Bonnet clearance is better..

But I have to Design this Blower with Altenates for you...Like with or without Trac Control..

Some bits can be purchased over there to save on costs...Like a Malpassi rising Rate Fuel Press Reg..AUD $280...US$ ??? Serpintine belt 6PK2700 AUD$80 US$ ???

Factory Fuel pump is supplying enough...But if needed latter a Walbro is a Great Cost effective replacement....$100US...

SC4 dude, that's a supercharger and a V8 you're looking at. The SC3 is a straight-6.

*EDIT* Errr, it's the Soarer 4.0 My bad...

 

I dunno how you're gonna work out emission issues here in the states; California is strict-strict-strict! Where as Tennessee doesn't even have emissions requirments (yet). Good luck, and remember: "There's no replacement for displacement!" lol!

 

Okay great supercharger set up but WHAT is up with those HIDEOUS BLUE wipers!!!!!?????
