Here’s my 94 sc300 slick top… besides general maintenance I haven’t done anything to it since buying it, what are some things that are worth upgrading since it is a 30 year old car. Dont want to go over the top I like OME+, it’s currently on BC coilovers and I have the redline LED headlights for safety to see.
Being that low I'd probably relocate the driver-side fender harness; and control arms/balljoints which is a big job money wise.
Really the other worth it upgrades are going turbo, a 1jzgte/2jzgte pretty much falls into these cars and having some OEM twin turbo boost transforms these cars.

The harness has been relocated, and for the control arms/ball joints what’s a good brand for that? Another thing I do wanna go turbo but I have the stock 4 speed auto, can the transmission handle twin turbos?

The stock NA automatic will not handle boost in the long term, no. The same 4-speed auto transmission was internally beefed up by Toyota when equipped in any of their factory 1JZ-GTE and factory 2JZ-GTE cars. If you buy a full GTE engine and transmission set you'll get one of these automatics (and then you can swap over your stock 2JZ-GE upper and lower oil pans and engine brackets among other parts). You can find these turbo-spec transmissions used also, usually from JDM cars.

I'm going through this right now, and for a daily driver nothing can be OEM toyota arms; which we share a few parts with the toyota supra on including front upper/lower control arms, and rear upper control arm. I waited until a 25% off sale with Toyota and these parts were around ~1800.
Aftermarket arms typically do not have sealed joints, which require higher maintenance and inspection; and lubing with dry PTFE spray. FDF raceshop has an aftermarket front lower that uses a replaceable mk3 supra OEM sealed balljoint which is a good alternative over stock. But for rears we have limited options with no OEM rear lower available, this means pretty much 99% of the aftermarket uses a race tapered open ball joint of which Figs is probably the nicest. Ikeya formula, FDF, and some others make lowers too. I saw KFD team sells some really nice rear lowers for ~ 580 but this company is located in Russia and with the current state of the world parts may be hard to get from there, or taxed heavily to import if possible at all. FIGs on the other hand is $1000 just for the rear lower. Traction arms also are not available in the rear from toyota/lexus so aftermarket is another choice from all mentoned above. Toe arms are still available.
There is one thing you can do with regards to the rear end which is to swap out your rear subframe with that of a MKIV Supra. this would allow you to get all the rear suspension components of the supra which are still manufactured. It is a completely roundabout way of dealing with the issue but thats pretty much all I can see without any OEM rear lower's being available.
Toyota has their heritage program, I haven't see anything with relation to the lexus parts but if they have it, we should all go there and request the manufacturing of these parts to be restarted.
Sadly the rear MK4 supra subframes are no longer available and harder to find, so an option like the FIGs mega arms make more sense than paying huge supra markup tax on hard to find discontinued items.
