I think the interior looks ... just ok (my isn't black). The options are great though, even better than modern lexury cars (mine doesn't have Navigator and garage opener though).

Upgrade? Maybe not.

waaaaay ahead of its time. my 92 has options that some 99-03 dont have/offer
