How much car work do you do yourself?
i’m only 19 so i do car work when i can but i have not had much experience or have to do anything major thanks to toyota and lexus being the best car brand on the planet, so whatever i go with the sc300/400 will be my first project car and where i get to learn some actual mechanics

nice ok well if its not going to be your main form of transportation just get the cheapest one you can find in any year 300 or 400 the least desirable would be 95-97 sc400 in terms of HP potential but hell if you can get it for 1000 get it. just make sure there are no rust problem or frame damage. What city do you live in?

Orlando, a good clean sc300/400 is 10k in my area, i could buy someone else’s project car but i don’t really want to do that, so i’m saving up right now just need to decide which model to get

i live in Orlando they are not all 10k not even a majority. There are plenty for 2 to 6k that are clean. 10ks and up are manuals, extremely low miles and 2jz swaps. best thing to get is someone elses project for or throw away for cheap when you are trying to learn how to work on cars . if you get a car that needs nothing you learn nothing (Not literally).

Yeah i think i’m going to settle for the sc400 and those are cheaper and easier to find on facebook then the 300s, i’m not planning a engine swap or anything so i want to get one lower than 150k hopefully
