vacuum lines seem ok, fresh tune up 95 lexus sc300 2jzge all stock/auto.... long story the car would aggressively start and rpms would launch to 1500 rpm , I removed and cleaned iac, the car starts normally now but when gets to operation temp and I come to a red-light and put it in neutral or park the car will always Rev to 1100-1500
