I know it’s not as easy as plug and play with the swap. I’ve found mounts and have the original ecu and wire harness from the 1uz. It’s out of a ‘97 sc400 and I want to put it into my 300. I’ll upgrade the radiator and cooling system of course and rewrite the engine bay, it what I should do about the transmission is where I’m stuck

 

short of sourcing a transmission from an SC, LS, GS 400 is probably cheaper than an adapter, unless it's a manual then you'll have to look for another avenue.
