634090E010 or 634090E011?
Are these the craptacular 634090E010 rails or the 634090E011 model 
? Which is to say, do they have a wildly inappropriate amount of play in them when wiggled up and down, such that any reasonable person would have cause to expect that anything placed upon them would likely fly off and kill the driver behind them? (no idea why Lexus hasn't done a nationwide recall on the E010 rails... It's a lawsuit waiting to happen)
If these are the E011 rails I will take them off your hands right now
