I'm considering selling my 2007 RX 350 AWD.
It is silver with only 28000 miles on it. The car is in excellent condition. Has standard options. No navigation. I live in suburban Chicago. The car is in like new condition. Can someone tell me what the car should be valued at.. Thanks

Check on craigslist, to see how much they are selling for around you.

 

Check eBay prices.

If you have a CarMax in your area, see what they will buy it from you for. That will give you a bottom line number.

Vehicle color and condition are big factors. Not sure how well silver will sell. The condition and mileage will help. Going online with the sale will expand the number of possible bidders and possibly increase what you will get for the vehicle.

Private party sale $25,000. I'm going for $26,000 because of low mileage and condition.

From what i have seen in my area that is about right and around here white black and silver are the main colors that are selling. Good luck with sale

It's just my wife & I we do little travel by car anymore. We just use our car now for errands nearby our home so we use a smaller car. No need for a SUV anymore. We used to be snowbirds traveling between Florida & Illinois which we no longer drive, but fly.
Does anybody know who is more correct on estimates between NADA, Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds ?
Here is what I got when I used the 3.
Quite a spread in pricing between the 3

NADA Pricing
Trade-in = $26,225 Private Sale= $29,900

. Kelly Blue Book Pricing
Trade-in = $23500 ...Private Sell = $26200

Edmunds Pricing
Trade-in = $23,081 Private sell = $24,628

Just for a comparison. We just bought a certified 2008 AWD RX 350 with 21,000 miles, no nav, for $28,000 Excellent condition .

From a Lexus dealer. It was one they had leased and got back after the lease was up. The only other one we looked at near that price was at a local Toyota dealer. That was a 2008 front wheel drive with nav, 45,000 miles on it for $25,000. We decided it was worth the extra $$ to get the awd and Leuxs certified warranty.

 

I do $20,000....cash in hand.

 

I'm sure you would! I could sell 10 at the price you offer. It isn't for sale for that price !
