I have a 2004 RX 330 and my mirror was hit and broke in half. I have purchased a new drivers side mirror, but now i need to know how to install it. I can't figure out how to get the door panel off. I know this can't be too difficult and I would like to try before i go spend $150 at the dealership.

Are you talking the entire mirror assembly or just the glass part?
