Default 18" Rims on my Rx300 help

Hello i was looking to get these aftermarket rims for my 2003 rx300. i Know i have to get different tires but what size would work without me changing or modding anything? any help is greatly appreciated.

they have pretty good calculators on tirerack or discount tire direct's site. Just plug in your correct year and it will tell you the plus sized tire with 18's you need.

WOW those look great you didnt have to use any spacers or anything like that? Also how far off is your speedometer?

No spacers plug and play simple as that, I am not so sure about after market wheels but RX330, RX350, RX400H wheels they all fit perfect, here is a link how far off (not much )

your speedometer shouldnt be off or be off by much as long as you follow the proper 'plus' sizing.
