The wireless charger in mine works just fine every time. Not the fastest of course but it works as intended. A lot has to do with just the thickness of the phone case, state of health of the phone's battery, phone usage while charging, an issue with the charger itself, etc. but it does work. There are many variables but certainly nothing that would warrant a lawsuit.
