Hi I am new member in Lexus Forum. Did anyone having issues the single LED headlight is too dark and will going to upgrade triple LED headlight? Any idea 💡.

 

IIHS testing shows the standard headlights are slightly better than the triple beam in the US. Canada gets matrix triple beams so they are not comparable.

edit: switching to triple beams would be $5K in parts and who knows how much to find someone to program the car.

 

Take a look at this - someone in Australia has even reviewed one, apparently - and it appears plug-n-play. Also, seems like they ship Left-Hand-Drive versions unless you specifically ask for Right-Hand drive version. Risky to buy these, I suppose, but at least interesting as an option.

When I had my 2023 RX 350h I also found that the single led headlight was under performing when there was no street lights and worst in raining conditions. My 2024 RX 450h+ has adaptive high beams which I use quite often for good effect. Cheers.
