Thanks @N4TECguy . I kind of remember that now. Dealer told me a long while back that they were adjusted correctly. I'm doubtful. Will notice where my lights hit the back of the car in front of me and maybe try adjusting. Do you or anyone have specifics on adjusting triple-beam's on a 2024 RX350? I recall trying once before and what should have been simple wasn't for me...

There is an official procedure but it's fairly convoluted, I ended up just winging it using many of the observations I previously mentioned. I also left the car on a not-so-busy neighborhood street and walked out to look at the headlights. I also had access to roads that had a block wall along the sidewalk for noise reduction reasons. Those block walls make it very obvious how your headlights are pointing when you park along the curb, assuming the street is the same elevation for a couple hundred feet.

For the actual physical job of adjusting the aim, that part was simple. I refered to eBay which has used headlight modules for sale. They typically include pictures of the back, so you can see where the adjustment screws are. There are two, and the one I used was in the center of the headlight. You're supposed to use a long screwdriver or a ratchet with a socket, but I found mine were so clean that I could put my hand in there and just spin it with my finger. So I just drove around and did that one night until I was happy. I forget which way you turn it to make it go up, I just did it by trial and error.

In my very crude picture below is the back (engine bay side) of a triple beam headlight for the left side of the car. The red arrow is the upper left portion, nearest the fender. The blue arrow is the electrical connector, which is on the bottom, towards the center of the vehicle. The red circle is the adjustment screw I used, if you look down into the engine bay you can see this shiny silver adjustment screw without removing anything at all. I just used my finger and this moved easily after I got it freed up a little

Hope this helps

Very helpful - thank you! I've searched the threads and looked at the owners manual too. Although the manual says to adjust both LR and UP/DOWN adjustments, that really is incorrect from all I can tell --- If you only want to adjust the vertical. To adjust the Vertical, you only use the Up/Down adjustment. I will check my work by see if the headlights hit below the window of the cars in front of me. The dealer will only set to factory spec, which seems to assume a loaded car, not my situation. So I'm forced into the DIY mode. Removing the radiator cover/trim did help to at least see what you are doing, a good idea from the forum.
