Lexus Dealer quoted $700 which includes oil change, brake oil, engine and cabin filters, key fob battery, tire rotation and bunch of inspections. Toyota quoted 475 and firestone 300. Does it matter if we do in lexus or not. Also, Lexus Dealer brought it down to $500 without the filters and key fob battery, is that reasonable or better to do all in Toyota itself. I figured i could do the filters myself and probably don't need the key fob battery yet.

I'm a left-handed mechanic and for me the cabin air filter and the engine air filter take less than 5 minutes to do. That's your first time once you learn how to do it you'll probably cut that time in half. Especially the engine air filter. The key fob again once you learn how to do it that takes about 30 seconds. I usually buy the Toyota/lexus air filters when they're on sale and stack them up in my garage cabinet. They're usually around $20 each on sale. At 30,000 mi, I take it to either my Lexus dealer or my Toyota dealer and tell them I just want and oil change and the brake fluid service done and the tire rotation. They charge me $225 to do those three.

Yeah, we don't EVER ask for the 30k, 60k whatever named service which may be due. Just look at your warranty book, see what services are due, and get them done a la carte by someone you trust...for me it used to be a Toyota dealer, now it's an excellent local guy.
Like Fred (above) I pay a tiny fraction of the $700 or $500 quoted figure.
When I bought our 2013 RX, Lexus actually published an estimate of the cost to have each periodic service performed by Lexus. I found that,, on average, (over quite a few years) I paid 60% less than the Lexus estimate, e.g. servicing expected to run $500 cost me only $200.
One Toyota dealer near here won't even do a la carte work (maybe if you scream and yell they will), they insist on doing "The 30k service" the price of which is laughable.
By and large the stuff your service book wants you to do is pretty basic, not at all expensive.
Lexus tends to overcharge for a cabin air filter replacement. You can easily do that and the key fob battery yourself and probably save at least $100 of that.
