People do seem to get the two confused.

 

That's a good question. I'll have to experiment.

 

I tried that and DRCC was what activated, not Traffic Jam. 7 months in my car and I have never seen Traffic Jam Assist activate. I do drive with both DRCC and lane Trace active. And I definitely have the TJA option.

 

TJA only activates on divided highways when speed is below 40 km/h (25 MPH).

 

If you’re in the far right of three or four lanes, how can the car know if you’re on a divided highway?

I think the lane assist can only read the lines on either side of your car.
