Selling my 24' RX 350H and buying 25' Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid
one of the other issues we've found, is Lincoln's removal of manual adjustable air vent outlets; believing that motorized/touch screen adjustments were necessary (& just something else to fail).

Do you have the 21” tires? I test drove the 21” tires and i could feel every rock and crack. It also felt stiffer than my 19” model.
as for eCVT noise, yeah…they all do that. If you learn how to hypermile, you’ll enjoy the RX more.

My 2023 RX350h is almost 3 years old (Jan 2023) with 15,000 miles. Most of the miles were early on. I don't drive it much...it serves as a backup vehicle for us, mainly, as my wife retired and we have a tandem garage. So her Subaru Crosstrek is last in, first out. All of that being said, I just saw this thread because I've not tuned into this forum in a while. My car has been mostly flawless. I've been driving Lexus since the first LS400 in 1989 (1990 model) and this is the best one yet. I was thinking it was time to replace the OEM Goodyear tires, but I see they still have 7/32nds left so I'll probably get another 5000-10000 miles on them. There are some people who like the Lincoln/Cadillac ride. My father was one of those guys. I can't see trading an RX for a Lincoln, but I don't like mint chocolate chip either but my wife does. My only "complaint" is that because we usually take the wife's Subaru Crosstrek, the RX sometimes feels "too big". After driving it for a day or two I get used to it again, but probably I'll replace it with an NX at some point. The current NX is about the same size as the original RX. But as I said, considering I have one of the first RXs of this bodystyle out of the factory, it's been great/fine. The battery died after not driving for 6 weeks and they said it was a bad cell in the battery. Perhaps had I started the car this would not have happened. Other than that, flawless. I can't imagine trading for a Ford product.
EDIT: I did shop tires online. I assumed the tires for this car would be crazy expensive and I did see some. I think there were only 2 or 3 for this 21 inch wheel. Anyway, the OEM tires can be had at Sam's Club for about $800 installed for all four. Shockingly "cheap". Assuming I get another 5000 out of the current tires to 20,000 miles, I'd be inclined to buy them again. To my surprise. I've never gotten more out of tires on the big cars that I've owned...mostly Lexus LS cars. So 20K out of OEM tires, priced right, seems like a good value. They ride fine, by the way. Or maybe I'm not picky. Or maybe the car just feels better than our Crosstrek and I don't notice what I might if I didn't drive a Crosstrek all the time.

However, both of us remain much more in the Lexus camp that any other.
The test drives we've had, for the most part, confirmed our RX affinity. In fact, we drove a 2025 RX after testing the 2026 BMW X5 three different times. When but a mile down the road in the RX and because I wanted to like the X5 more than the RX, I said "damn" two or three times, because of how positive the RX felt vs the BMW. The BMW was exhilarating and having its 0-60 ability would have been fun. But how often would the performance and acceleration over and above the RX be used, let alone needed and was it worth a minimum of $10k more? What I was seeking was other than the comfort of an old shoe. Of course, it's unfair to compare the RX to an old shoe, but damn, it is comfortable -- something about it is just "right"! The question for us was is the RX comfortable because that's what we're used to, or is it comfortable, because indeed it is!?! I think we have our answer.
The Lincoln Nautilus was a middle road between the RX and X5 and something different. I've been considering interior aesthetics and technology more than I probably should. Because with an objective pro/con list and based on our 20-year Lexus ownership history, Lexus wins.

Same here - Bridgestone at 20K miles, probably will go another 20K. I would've liked if they had worn out, as I'm really looking to switch to CC2 asap but wouldn't want to waste the remaining life on these Bridgestones.
My new RX350 Premium + came with the Goodyear Eagle Touring 21-inchers. Had the Michelin Primacy Tour been available in my size I would have switched them out already. Given that the only real choice other than the Goodyears is the Yokohama Geolander X-CV (there are others, but probably no better than the Goodyears), I'll hold on to the Goodyears until it's time to replace them. They actually aren't that bad, and the 21-inch tires and wheels look great on the car.
I also have the Bridgestone Alenza 21" tires on my RX. They look great and provide quiet comfortable rides. On the other hand, I have Michelin Primacy 18" tires on my Acura (second car) and they have been excellent so far. If there is a choice, I prefer having Michelin Primacy tires on my RX.
