Hi, hope everyone is doing well. Currently driving a 2023 Lexus Rx350.

I recently tried to take out the Lexus from the garage and chipped the driver rearview mirror frame trim. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement piece for it? Asked at the dealership how much it would cost to fix and they advised I would like need to buy a whole new left rear view mirror. I’ve gone on eBay to see if they sell the cover frame trim on its own but it looks like they’re only available for 4th gens and prior.

Would love to get some help on how to get this fixed.

Looking at the parts breakdown, looks like you can't just get that piece: https://images.simplepart.com/images...a1_87L578B.jpg

Not cheap for the mirror assembly: https://parts.lexusofwesleychapel.co...794048C90.html

Another option would be to get a used-but-unscathed mirror from a junkyard.

This is a good place to search.

If you are lucky, you might be able to find one in the right color, so be sure to mention the paint code, if yours is body color.
(Some RX trims have black mirrors no matter what color)

+++++++++++++++

Just kidding, but perhaps fit your RX with a set of these?
