Neck pillow recommendations?

Anyone have a good neck pillow that you like for the 5th generation RX? Ideally something that doesn't push out too far against the neck/shoulders?

Never used it in a car but the Samsonite inflatable collar I use on planes is nice because
I can underinflate it a bit which is much more comfortable.
