HUD distance to next turn is rounded down (Apple Maps)

HUD distance to next turn is rounded down (Apple Maps)
When using Apple Maps, the HUD also shows the navigation arrows and distances to the next turn. Although it shows a decimal number (e.g. 2.0km) it is always rounded down.
Apple Maps says 1.6km, HUD says 1.0km. Only when the distance is less than 1km, it shows the right number.
by the way, also the instrument cluster shows the rounded numbers.
