Are rear seats adjustable?

I just folded the rear seats down for the first time in my 17 RX and was surprised to discover the seatbacks don't recline. My 2010 RAV4 Base has them!

I have a feeling he's talking about the non-powered reclining back seats (with the lever) being standard on the Canadian Luxury package. Unlike the US, we canucks cannot get individual options added to packages. To get the powered rear seats, we have to move up to the "Executive" package (or F-Sport 3).
