Hi, I'm a newbie here from Houston. I'm looking to purchase my first Lexus, a RX350 F Sport. I'm wondering what type of pricing members have paid for this trim that is fair.
Also this will be my first purchase in a while, and I'm reading that a lot of people here are emailing the dealerships to get their best price. Does this really work? I guess I need a bit help with this technique.
TIA for the feedback!

Good deal or not?
My dealer is offering $8500 off (includes 2000 Lexus Cash) and a $599 Dealer Doc junk fee on any in stock or incoming premium RX or RXH. I'm looking to buy an RX450H with an MSRP of $57,114 (which he doesn't have in stock). So the dealer is ready to place a custom order with a May delivery and a dealer commitment of $6500 discount (and dealer junk fee of $599), so basically the rest $2000 would be replaced by whatever the ongoing Lexus Cash would be at time of delivery. I'm thinking that Lexus Cash for RX would go down to $750 next month, so I'll end up short on discount.
Has anyone had better luck with a custom order with a discount? And is the above discount for in stock vehicle good enough?
Thanks!

I had a offer of $6500 off plus the Lexus 2K on a $63,484 List Price. They also threw in the $699.50 junk fee (dealer Fee). No good enough for me. Lots of these vehicles available .

This was in Houston. I wanted Mark Levinson, but the color combination was more important to me. Car has to be brought in from another dealer. I said ok. Proud new owner
