Cracked RX 350 navigation screen.
2017 RX 350 navigation screen got cracked after dropped some object to the screen. I want to replace the screen only, but want to know how much it would cost. I called Lexus dealer and they said it would be $1100 because have to change the whole module. Just cracked the top layer (plastic part) but it's hard to believe it would cost $1100. Is there any other cheap way to change the screen?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I'm in the process of purchasing a 2016 that had a cracked screen. The dealership charged $1100 for parts and labor to replace the glass.

I know this is not helping, but $1100 sounds not bad to me. I remember something about replacing some cracked interior wood costing $5K (or some large sum) several years back (maybe cheaper now that stuffs could be bought on the web ?). A cracked front camera will also cost $1K to replace, I believe. If one buys all the parts separately, an RX may cost a few hundred thousands, I guess. Of course, the labor could be a big part of the $1100 total.
