Hi,
I'm looking into purchasing a 2018 RX350L. I was wondering if the RXL comes with a spare tire since the third row folds into the trunk space?

It does. It's mounted underneath, like on the Highlander.

Same 3000 mile spare as RX350/450 non "L" but cabled underneath as were the 2009 and older
RX's. Other change to make room for the 3rd row, rear wiper returned to the bottom of the
window as apparently the motor would have been at the 3rd row passengers head.

Every car cames with spare tires. Its amazing car. I got my fully loaded. Making sure you go in there with your head up and keep telling them this how much i wanna pay monthly.
