Another screen stopped working thread
Hey all, first post here. I've been searching around about the screen "randomly" not working and most posts seem to be around changing the battery or a recent electrical change shorting "something". In my case, nothing has changed and the screen stopped. We turned the car on, the screen popped up, put it in reverse, the reverse screen come up, back to drive, and the screen never came back. I've checked fuses (under driver side and under hood), everything looks good, we even bought a replacement screen, which was confirmed working, and its still not working after replacement. I also checked the connectors/wires when replacing the screen and everything looks good. Any suggestions??
A few questions:
1. Which specific fuses(s) are responsible for that circuit? I like to try replacing them and look closer at the connections there
2. What else can we try replacing? Are there any other computers "down wire" that we should try to replace?
3. Are there any wiring diagrams so I can check resistance/voltage coming off the wires?
Thanks!
