Has any one checked on purchasing the OEM Wireless charging from a 2021-2022 model and putting it into a older model?

I know some of the trim would need to be changed but they’re pretty close to the exact except for a few things.

 

Why? The Toyota / Lexus wireless chargers are super slow and old technology. I Do not think Toyota uses a fast wireless charger in any of the cars yet.

I have a wireless charger that came on my 16 RX and it is completely useless. Can barely maintain the charge on a phone let alone charge it.

 

My wireless charger works great in my 2021. While a few here and there may have issues, the majority don’t. I don’t know what the problem is maybe it’s their phone, who knows.

 

My wireless charger is anything but slow and works fine.

 

Although I rarely use it because my phone is plugged-in to use Apple Car Play, I am very impressed with the speed and consistency of my 2022's wireless charger.

I was not happy with the same charger on the 2017 NX that I recently traded in.
