Why are Infotainment options so damn complicated?

Why are Infotainment options so damn complicated?
Bought a new 2021 RX450h with F6 Sport package at the end of April.
Car runs fine but why did they make the Infotainment system so damn complicated and unwieldy?? Even the three manual's index's aren't much help!!
My salesman is a help but I hate to keep bothering him when his primary job is to sell cars.
They should hold classes or bring in teen agers or factory reps to show how to get these configured.
I'd take it back except for getting fleeced.
