2021 RX450h - Question Wireless Charger
I just purchased my new car last week I today I went for a drive for an hour or so. I put my Android Galaxy Note 10+ on the wireless charger at 79%. The phone also has a plastic case on it. When placing the phone on the charger, on the phone, it did say that it was charging. When I got to my destination an hour later, the charge was at 78%. Any idea why the phone didn't charge? Has anyone else had this issue?
Thanks.
Thanks.

For me It's a completely useless feature. It it's not a fast charger, hence very very slow to charge.
Besides, in my 16 RX i use my phone screen as my media and navigation since the cars infotainment is useless. In my 20 ES i use Adobe CarPlay and Android Auto and the phones must be plugged in for this to work. Based on that i have never used this feature.
When they switch to wireless CarPlay and Android Auto and install fast wireless charges then it will be good feature to buy.
Just my opinion.

We just picked up our new, heavily configured RX350 and I spent half the three-hour drive home trying to find the wireless charger, only to learn that it's not in any of the $14,000 worth of packages that we bought. Nope, they charge $200 for it as a standalone option. That seems a little...greedy. So, I was a little pissed. Then, I read these reviews. Now, I'm way less pissed.

I have a 2021 RX450h and the wireless charger works fine for me. Using iPhone 11 Pro with Apple's silicon case. It also works on an iPhone 12 Pro and my Apple Airpods Pro.
I think I just got lucky having the right kind of phones and cases. It seems many are having issues with this relatively simple option.
