When I first got my RX, the dealer adjusted the height of the rear door when it was opened to its highest level. As a result I am unable to open the rear door in the garage. Now I would like to adjust it again so I can open the rear door in the garage. I just spent some time looking at the thick user manual and cannot locate how to do it.

Can I please get some help?

A couple of ways but the easiest, as the door is going up or down, hit the power button on the back door to stop it at the height you want. Then push and hold that power button for 2 seconds. You'll hear some beeps. That will be your new height.
