Actually, there is a way. In my 2016 RX with NAV, if you press MENU - > Setup - > Bluetooth - > System Settings (lower right) - > Preferred Device Settings. You can set the preferred device in the vehicle. Its configured this way in my RX. If my wife and I are both in my car, it gives preference to mine. Easy as that.

Yes, I remember that in the 2016 I had, but don't recall seeing it in my 2020. Also when both phones are in my 2020 every time it connects to my wife's phone. I have to manually D/C hers and connect mine. It's not really an issue since its her car, and rather not have my calls going through the car system with family in there.
