Service campaign for Enform GPS
They are coming to my house this morning to pick up our 450h to do the software update. I don't believe this requires any kind of module replacement.
We had ours done two days ago. It is a reprogram that takes between 3 and 4 hours. They simply plug in their hardware to update the DCM software. Apparently the process is extremely sensitive to electrical fluctuations and while the process is underway they do not open or touch anything part of the RX associated with electrical activation such as rolling down/up a window, etc. If something happens during the process, it might lead to replacing the DCM module.
Plan ahead on this campaign if you need to be somewhere and need a loaner or rental. I would advise making an appointment early in the day should something go wrong. Ours was successful and took approximately three hours, but they still check matters afterwards and wash your vehicle, so four hours is a safer bet.

"Should" is the operative word. We have a Prius with Safety Connect that appears to be subject to this service campaign yet we did not get a notice in the mail. No outstanding service campaigns are shown when we look up the VIN on techinfo.toyota.com. I suspect that the company that provides the Safety Connect service dropped the ball. They were supposed to tell Toyota which owners had active Safety Connect subscriptions on or after 10/1/2017 so that notification letters could be sent. Letters were not sent to those who let their Safety Connect subscriptions expire after the trial period. That we had a billing problem with Safety Connect in fall 2017 might be why we didn't get a letter. IIRC, 10/1/2017 was when the annual fee for Safety Connect was reduced from $140 to $80. The organization that provides the Safety Connect service did not handle the transition to the lower price very well.
It looks like I'm going to have to spend some money to get an independent repair shop to pull the CID information from the DCM with Techstream so that I can take it to a dealership to have the Service Campaign work done if I am right. I wouldn't be bothering with all this if the car wasn't driven by my handicapped wife in areas without hand held cell phone service but where Safety Connect functions. I've joked with her that we won't be able to find her body if Safety Connect can't determine her location.
The instructions for the doing the DCM re-programming are quite complex - it looks like there is lots of room for error.

strange, i never had it done, but it no longer shows on my health report.
drivers lexus shows the tbs,
you would think it would be flagged in the app, or in the health report, if people use that vs logging into lexus drivers.

I can't find my car vin being part of this campaign at all but when i spoke with lexus enform earlier today they said my vin was affected
and when I tried to get help with Destination assist they could not find my location
i am wondering how come Lexus recall website doesn't show anything on my vin as being active campaign when I enter the vin but lexus enform says they can clearly see my vin is part of it
I would have thought when I was in for the brake fluid service last month the dealership would have found it but they said there where no recalls for it and also last week when I went in for an oil change lexus dealership did not mention anything about that
