2016 - RX350 - Deliminating headlight clear coat and water in head light
A family member purchased a L/certified Lexus 2016 RX350 recently with about ~20,000 miles and still has original factory warranty (6 months remaining). I noticed that the headlight clear coat appears to be delaminating and the passenger side headlight also accumulates condensation inside the assembly when washed. (see attached images)
Has anyone else experienced these issue? And if so, have you gone to a dealership to address these issues? Many thanks in advance!

my coworker just bought a used 2016 RX with the triple beam lights and has this same delaminating issue on one of his lights. He took it to the dealer and they said nothing is wrong. I have a 2017 and I noticed there was condensation on the bottom of both of mine one night when the temps were changing. It was weird.
What is the latest on your issue with moisture in the passenger headlight? I'm having same issue and so far the dealer hasn't replaced it. 2018 RX 350, 20,000 miles.
Wow, Lexus has not killed the issue on condensation on headlamps. The truth is, the OEM maker of the headlamps is other than Lexus. So failures can happen and if Lexus is not diligent in chasing after their suppliers, a possible recall might happen again.
i have the same issue with both of my headlights. Dealer said “Normal”
