Do you realize the rear calipers are electronic and it actually requires a scanner to retract the pistons ?

you need one of those fancier scan tools to retract the motor in the rear pistons. my understanding is that if you dont do this - you can damage the motor.

this is an example of it on a Volkswagen -

@pqn628 Thank you for the heads up and links. I just started looking for pads and was having a hard time, this must be why. I'll look for an independent shop and go that route. Thanks again, much frustration avoided!
