After Sale Add On Options
Some manufacturers have their options as kits that can be added at a later date if the vehicle didn't originally come with that option. Does anyone know of any OEM options that can be added on after the sale? An example would be the cornering lights or heads up display.

Most of the options that can be added on after the sale, and installed by the dealer are things like, trailer hitch, floor/cargo mats, remote start, Rust/fabric coatings, tinted windows, paint protective film, body side molding, wheels, and probably a few more along this line....
As for installing HUD and cornering lamps, roof rails, etc. I bet a dealer would install anything, but it would come at a huge price. In another thread someone asked about roof rails and I priced it for them, cost was unbelievable, more than $2500.

Here is the info I got for someone that purchase a base RX with no roof rails. They were looking to add them after but the cost was so out of wack they purchase a trailer hitch instead. Of course I didn't think you were looking for roof rails.
I'm similar to you, I would rather add my own things than take it to the dealer.
Side rails...
Left 63470-0E180
Right 63460-0E180
Cushions
Right front 63486-0E080
Left Front 63487-0E070
Right rear 63488-0E080
Left rear 63489-0E070
Then you need 6 seals 63437-0E0760
And 6 nuts 90178-08003
This is going to cost a small fortune and they need to remove the headliner.

I was reading the reviews of this Navdy product on Amazon. It looks like people are having difficulty getting customer service, and the company may be going through bankruptcy proceedings. Looks like a cool product though.
