I am trying to add a Canadian address in eDestination folder but don't see any canadian provinces listed in the State dropdown. Is there a way to add canadian address in eDestination under a Folder or is it that enform subscription eDestination only limited to US addresses.

Got the answer myself from Lexus Website:

Safety Connect services will function in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and in Canada. The services will not function outside of the United States in countries other than Canada.

Lexus Enform® premium services Destination Assist and eDestination will function in the contiguous United States and D.C. These services may also function in Hawaii and limited areas of Alaska for vehicles that contain map data for those states. Destination Assist and eDestination will not function in Canada or in other countries outside the United States.

 

Also just received this message at Lexus Drivers site:

eDestination will no longer be available beginning July 12, 2017. Destination Assist Agents will still be here to help you.

 

eDestination is the app suite, right?
Will be Discontinued in Canada or everywhere?
This is one of our fav features.
I looked thru Lexus drivers site, not seeing mention of it.

No eDestination is part of the enform subscription and address can only be added through drivers.lexus.com website.
I think you are referring to Enform Destination Search that neeeds phone to be connected through bluetooth to sync in the destination to the car.

eDestinations FAQ below has details of Lexus discontineing this feature in July for US customers.

Canada does NOT get Enform or ANY of its features. We get the basic old school radio. I guess Lexus is targeting the 70+ years old demographics in Canada.
