Thanks Ssteve! Based on what another member posted, there is a hole in the rim that will be visible right? I am pretty much wondering if it will lookk good without the inserts because i am thinking of powder coating my rims black chrome.

 

The Lexus parts department says they can order any color you want.

i think these are what you are looing for... these are black in the first link, i think from the description. the 2nd link has 4 part #s but i didnt run them for colors..

i used my rx450 lux 2017 since i have inserts also.. not sure what year yours is..
this should get you off and running, on your search... (pricing may be better than these links, easy to google part # when you find your color)

not sure how they install, have never seen the insert, and never looked closely at mine with a wheel off, sorry
