In case anyone was wondering...

If you take the headrest off the front passenger seat and lean it all the way back... then lay down the back seats...

You can haul 8 ft boards on the passenger side and 6 ft boards behind the driver and still be able to close the trunk.

Yup.
I threw a tarp over the front seat but other than that did pretty much the same thing.
