Thanks, Speed of the sequential is the best we could adjusting to, if it's any slower will affect other function.

Default Sequential Tail Lights PLUG & PLAY

Hello RX owners,

I thought I should start a new thread. It was accidentally got into someone thread.
Recently, friend of mine had developed a plug and play sequential tail lights for my 2017 RX350, it works for the base model only. This's it a process of this mods, I provided my tail lights to him, he cut it open, installed 8 little LEDs (since our RX base doesn't come with it) install the sequential module connect all the wiring testing and reseal the tail light housing. Hope you guy like it.

You did start a separate thread. However, when the moderators see a thread with a mutual subject they merge the threads. That’s what happened here.

I don't have any part number, all I did is removed the tail lights give it to my friend, all I know is he installed some LEDs and the sequential module then return back to me.
Then I simply reinstalled the lights back on the car, plug in the connectors as I was removed and that's it. No splicing, no cutting. It's just Plug and Play!!!

Well, you have to open the tail light to add LEDs. Those with LEDs already, seems to just need the sequencer hardware. That might be able to reside outside the tail light. I wonder how hard is it to open one of those taillights...

So just to get clarification, for those that have the factory triple beam and led taillights there is currently no module or wiring harness that we can buy and just plug in? I know many are trying to add the LED taillights but i already have them just want them to be sequential.

There is no readily available plug-n-play sequential light module and harness. Simiviper and his friend have fabricated a custom setup where they added LEDs and a module for a one-off solution at present. Since you already have LED tail lights (like I do) you will have to separately wire each LED and add the module/harness like they have done. That is if they decide to make their solution available for purchase. However, it's not an easy job and will require tail light modifications.

all you did was replace the 81585-48160 (wire harness) part?
