Squeaky wipers
Would have to wait for another rainy day to be absolutely sure, but just by splashing water on the windshield, the issues seems to be fixed.
For some reason, it always takes a proper rain to be really sure. But Lexus tech tested it, and I tested it myself, so I'd say yes it's gone. For now ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have 2019 RX, when it rains my viper blade make noises while working. I think it is the small one (driver side).
it starts to make noise after a while like few minutes. the blade rubber looks fine. took it to dealer they said could not see the problem.
Do you have this issue or your blades operate quietly?
I have to turn up the music to mask the noise

2) Replace both wiper blades.
If he won't cover the cost and you aren't able to change them yourself, go to any local auto supply store and ask if you purchase new blades, would they have someone install them for you? Almost all of them(AutoZone, Advance Auto Supply etc)will do that.
Has anyone experience striking when wiping? Mine only makes noise for the first few swipes, but it strikes crazy, it leaves bunch of thick water lines on the windshield, one of them right in the eye of sight. Brought it in for checks and they found another 2016RX to test with, same result but thinner lines.
They said there is a lot of play in the wiper blade and replaced it - 55 dollars. Not sure if it would fix anything to be honest.
To add on, it seems like washer fluids create less strikes compared to actual rain, in fact, during rain storms if I spray windshield fluid on the windshield the striking would be a lot less for around 20 seconds, before it comes back again.
And of course as always, they claim it to be normal functionality, yay, free water lines on the windshield for no extra charge.

I will have to wait for an actual rain to test, but it seems to be better than before.
So is there an "official" fix for this now? I have this issue on my 2017. At first I got the usual dealer "we do not hear any problem", then went on a ride with them in the rain and got "Lexus is aware of this issues and there is no current solution".
I see some of the options are a windshield coating and new wipers, and I see a new wiper arm replacement. Would love to have something to go back to Lexus with.

My 2018 streaked from the day I drove it off the lot. At the 5,000 mile complimentary service, I mentioned that to my service advisor and they replaced all 3 blades under warranty. That's the only warranty work I've ever needed on my Lexi.
