Check again, it's there, at least on ebay. There are couple sellers who even have pics of the rain guards installed on the 2016 RX. Search "2016 lexus RX"

Rain Visors

Anyone know where to buy some descent rain guards. Checked ebay and it apears there are two options. A generic and a jdm version. I like the jdm version but for 500 dollars no thanks.
