I travel from DC to NYC every week. I use DRCC a lot and have noticed when I slow down using the CC wand(?) the transmission sometimes downshifts from 8 to 4th gear and RPM's jumps up to 4k+. Has anyone else noticed this and/or have some thoughts. Very annoying! Try going 75 or 65 and start to "click" speed down. Gets to ~ 3- mph slower and BOOM, high RPM but not every time.
Will try Non DR CC to see if same problem exists.
Seems like a software problem to me. Previous vehicle w std CC didn't do this no matter how fast or slow I lower the speed.
