Default Trackpad Frame Color Code

I'd like to touch up these chips as best as I can and was wondering if anyone has tried and succeeded. Would love to hear your DIY stories.

I would remove that piece and properly paint it. With touch up you won't get nice results.

Unfortunately, I think the entire trackpad unit and the outer trim is one unit and can't be separated from each other. Not to mention having to remove the entire center console would be more headache that I want.

I found this Ebay listing for reference.

I see. I did take mine apart to clean some coffee spill, wasn't too bad, more like time consuming. The trackpad does separate from the trim though.

Its good to see that the trackpad separates from the housing but for the sake of time and energy, I'll probably opt for a simple touch up. The only problem is the touch up pen/paint needs to be a satin finish.
