There is a noise when i release the gas pedal shortly after start in the morning and dissapears few minutes. Someone expierenced this help me 2016 lexus rx 450h

Hard to tell if this is your problem, however a common issue with the early 4th gen Rx's is the noisy vacuum pump. When the car is cold upon start up the oil slaps around in the pump causing a ticking noise. Some sound worse than others and Lexus says it does no harm. Noise goes away after a few miniutes when the oil warms up and flows better. I have a 2016 RX350. Mine sounded bad and I wasnt happy so I had the pump replaced with a newer version that is meant to help which it does, but it doesn't totally elimate the noise and even the Tsb (technical service bulletin) agrees as it says something along the lines of 'noise should be reduced' (note, not eliminated!) Mine now makes a quieter noise for about 30 seconds to a minute. I still can't believe Lexus was happy with this in their design, it's not what a Lexus should sound like when starting the engine.
