Excellent police work!

 

Yes. Excellent police work. Parents should be charged for abetting and lying to a police officer. No reason for the parents for lying and covering up... it'd be prefect if they can get a neighbor's security camera showing this kid driving.

 

This occurred in a wealthy Columbus, OH suburb. My understanding is that, like many other states, Ohio enforces a mandatory license suspension if a breath/blood test is refused after being charged with OVI/DUI. It would be interesting to know if this kid had his license suspended.
