I’ve not heard of this, as a coolant leak. Might you mean the oil leak? That is where the right bank head meets the timing cover. It is more of a seep for most 3.5’s. Our 07 ES had it, and now our 18 RX. But coolant leaks were never an issue that I am aware of.
