Default Replace display Screen?

Hi all I wonder if anybody has replaced the display screen on their 4th gen RX 350? I have a 2017 as most know the navigation system will not work due to the 5G cell phone network. I was looking to upgrade it to a Android Base display but worried I would lose some features. Anybody have any input at all on this topic? Thank you in advance

There are aftermarket fixes that can offer Carplay and Android base solutions.

I posted asking the same question if anyone have explored this.

It's around $1000 to get these fixes, not sure myself if I will go for it or trade for another RX or something else.

Yeah I am discovering that it's best to just keep the original since the replacement doesn't give you 100% of its functionality. Worst case scenario I just use my phone for nav
