Rotating/Rubbing noise when turning left
On my wife's '18 RX350L/AWD/~50k miles, whenever the car is turning left (normal left, not full wheel lock) there is a rotational sounding noise that seems to be coming from the center-right portion of the dash area. We had the alignment done and when I park the car with the wheel turned at full left lock I don't see any tire contact with the fender liner.
If anyone has any suggestions to check for, I'm all ears. Dealer was no help, but I'm not sure how much they really tried. We otherwise like the car and want to keep it for the long term, but nagging stuff like this does put a damper on it.

They rode with her, acknowledged it, then said their 'best tech' couldn't resolve it. I'm skeptical because when my Grand Cherokee had a sound coming from the suspension, they used some kind of microphone to locate a specific bolt that was loose. My intent is to take her car in myself next time and push the issue more, but was thinking if it's something commonly known I might be able to root around and solve/fix it myself.
