Just picked up a barely used, 2022 RX 350 F Sport. Love it.

I prefer using a split screen with the Media (Radio/BT/SXM) on the larger left side and the Map on the smaller right. The issue is, after selecting the media on the left, about 5 seconds after making the selection, it flips itself to the Map. (The Map on the right remains as set.) I then have a split screen showing two maps. If I tap the [return] button, the larger left screen pops back to the Media but again for only about 5 seconds until it goes back to the map.

Is anyone aware of a setting that keeps the Media on the left permanently?

On my wife's '19 NX 300, it stays once set. Doesn't flip. Frustrating.

 

SawgrassTPC...attached a pdf copy of Lexus Navigation Manual (2018) General Settings Page(s). There is a reference to the Auto Screen Change (#7) option. This option may be the one you need to look at to address your issue. Hope this information helps. Good luck.
