Left Turn signal stuck on flashing

Greetings, Does anyone know why this turn signal would be stuck on, also when I turn on the Right turn signal, both are flashing ? Is there a relay that would be defective?

Could be a faulty turn signal stalk switch.

You can probably find a used one on eBay. It sounds more like a stalk problem than a relay problem.
