Default Removing shift selector indicator trim

I didn't see anything specific to the Gen 3 when I searched so I'll post the question here in hopes someone can guide me. I'm hoping this is easy...
My 2013 trim was "burned" by an air freshener that sat against it and left a brandish mark that is driving me crazy. I've got a replacement piece ready to go in and need to know if anyone's had experience on getting this in/out.

I'm attaching a video I used to install Apple Car Play in my 2013 RX. Basically you are taking off a single piece from the picture you provided back to the console storage area.

This video is a newer version so pulling the piece is not discussed in detail, but if you need more info after watching it just let me know.

Thanks for the video. Exactly what I needed. I pulled the console top this morning, took of the four screws and put it all back together in about 10 minutes total time.

There are lot of brave people, but I always minimize the risks.

I chalk the wheels, put the vehicle in "N" and then shut the vehicle off .... wait 5 -10 mins then disconnect the battery. [IN case I forgot to put the vehicle in N, I would pop open the shift lock release and push the lever to release the lock and shift into "N".

Not sure how this has anything to do with my thread. But, oh well.

Salim mentioned this because you have to do what he said to remove the shifter bezel.
